I aim to ship orders within 24 hours of the receipt excluding weekends and
UK Bank Holidays.

arrives as quickly as possible, I appreciate your patience during busy periods
or when unexpected delays occur.

Yes, I do ship internationally. I use Royal Mail tracked services, this can
take 3-5 business days for Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the
world. From previous experience please allow 3-4 weeks for overseas shipping to arrive.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me in the
first instance to enable me to resolve any issues with the order before you try
to return it.

Any digital products or subscriptions cannot be returned.

I ship all of my products using Royal Mail 48 hr tracked for national
shipping and Royal Mail International tracked for outside of the UK.

According to the Royal Mail website shipping to Europe takes 3-5 business
days (not including weekends and Bank Holidays and 6-7 business days for the
rest of the world (not including weekends and Bank Holidays) from past
experience please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international shipping to arrive as the
website information is not always correct.

Please be mindful that once the item is shipped and you have the tracking
number the delivery times can be affected by factors outside of my control,
including flight schedules, customs processing, and local postal services I
cannot be held responsible for any delays. If your product is delayed past the
time frames specified above please contact me using the contact form and I will do whatever I can to assist you and try to resolve any issues.

Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight and size of the
items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you
purchase. I use Royal Mail tracked services.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives
damaged please contact me immediately

I take great care to package every order securely, but occasionally damage can
occur during transit. Please include your order number and a few clear photos
of the damage (including the packaging if possible). I'll work with you to
resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a
replacement or arranging another suitable solution. Your satisfaction is very
important to me.

Unfortunately you cannot share your books or any part of them whether that
is in physical or digital format without prior consent from myself.

BUT you can colour your pages in your books and share them with the world and
I absolutely love seeing what masterpieces people have created out of my pages,
you can tag me in your social media posts or send an image of your page to me
at hello@colourmehappypages.com and I will feature it in my "wall of fame".

All of my books are made from high quality card stock ranging from 160gsm to
300gsm and are printed single sided so they are suitable for a range of
mediums, for example; alcohol markers, acrylic markers, water based markers,
coloured pencils, charcoal pencils and gel pens. Some of the lighter card stock
books may experience some bleed through from some of the mediums mentioned
above but I provide a bleed sheet with every order just in case.

All of our books are carefully home produced with quality 225gsm quality
card stock in our colouring books, 160gsm quality card within our colouring
tool books apart from 300gsm card in the Colour Tracker.

They are all printed on a professional LaserJet printer so perfect for
alcohol markers with no smudging.

The covers are printed on 200gsm high quality photographic paper for
enhanced rich colours and then protected front and back with clear acetate
sheets.

All of our books are spiral bound. Colouring books are bound at the top to
suit both left and right handed artists and the tool books are either bound on
the left or the top.
